mp3-dolls

Gadgets are making their way into everyone’s lives, including younger children. The Newsmy MP3 Dolls are geared towards the younger audience, providing music, reading stories and speaking to small children, providing them the comfort of a voice or music when you’re not able to give them the direct attention they want.

These two dolls, named Niu Niu and Man Man (names taken after the Chinese company Newsmy’s mascots), these dolls are marketed as ‘interactive learning devices’, providing audio and visual stimulation for babies and small children. The dolls can be loaded with your child’s favourite songs, or messages recorded in your own voice, so that your child will be able to hear your voice wherever they go. The controls are easy to use, and accessible on their hands and feet. The data and battery boxes are safely tucked away inside of the doll, so that your child is safe when playing with what will quickly become one of their favourite toys. Each doll holds 2GB of music/recordings, can play MP3 and WMA file formats, and can reach volumes of up to 75dB. Each runs on 3 AA batteries.
